Established in 1951, Liu Baohuan fled China illegally to seek refuge in Vietnam, aiming to escape the ongoing national conflict.
Starting with virtually nothing, he worked as a farmer in Nam Định before eventually being acquainted with Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam’s future president and war hero, during their years in Paris.
Baohuan later pursued a career in banking, reinvesting his earnings into real estate and gradually building a portfolio of leased assets & properties.
Following his early passing, Baohuan entrusted the business he built from the ground up to his descendants, who continue to operate it to this day.

Membership begins with a trusted introduction from an existing client or partner. We hold a short objectives call, then complete light compliance, KYC and an NDA, to protect both sides. If there is mutual fit, we confirm scope, spending limits, preferred geographies, and contact protocols. Capacity is limited, we only accept clients we can serve well, which preserves access and speed for existing members.

We operate mainly in South China, where our real estate and ground services are strongest. Our private aviation service is worldwide. We also maintain access to select villas in Vietnam. Through partners we can support common routes in Europe and the United States. Response times vary by market, however aviation requests are prioritised at all times.
Privacy is built into our process. We use encrypted communication channels, NDAs with staff and partners, and strict need to know access for all requests. We collect only essential data, store it for the shortest practical time, and never sell or share information. On request we use code names, separate billing entities, and offline handover for sensitive documents. Vendors are vetted for compliance, insurance, and data handling before any engagement.
